event of スタジオアートワークス

アートワークスのスタートは、ピアノ発表会の撮影でした。東京から長崎へ拠点を変えたとき、長崎の音楽家たちが、発表会の集合写真を頼んでくれたのです。今まで雑誌中心の撮影から、写真館の仕事領域に入って行った時、実は面食らっていたのでした。地方には都会のように雑誌の仕事などなかったからです。簡単だと思った集合写真や、イベントのスナップ、婚礼と、都会とは違う写真の仕事に目覚めたのもその時からでした。
現在も音楽系の仕事が多く、2008長崎音楽祭の公式カメラマンとして活動しました。イベントは生き物です。様々に変化する内容に対処すべき、直感と判断力が大切なのです。フットワークの良さはアートワークスの特徴だと思っています。
